November 9, 2011 Today I researched the autonomous community of Asturias, specifically the cities of Gijón and Oviedo. I looked for pictures to add to our prezi presentation and read about different things to do in these cities. I learned that Gijón is one of Spain´s largest shipping ports and that is an important roman city. I didnt get to research Oviedo today but I plan on reading about it this weekend. I will also outline the itinerary for Asturias this weekend and add more to the prezi presentation.
November 16, 2011 Today we presented our powerpoints to the class. We used Prezi to present our project. I presented my itinerary on the autonomous community of Asturias, specifically the cities of Gijón and Oviedo. I explained what we will do and see while we are in Gijón and Oviedo. I used pictures to show the class the different sites we will visit. I was a little confused about what was suppose to be included in the powerpoint-- some people had pictures and text, others had maps, pictures and text. I think it would be helpful if we went over what was suppose to be included in the powerpoints before the next project.
November 21, 2011 Today Javier presented two powerpoints on Rioja, Aragon, Navarra, and Euskadi. After the presentations we were assigned different autonomous communities. Our group was assigned Rioja. In class we worked on made a geo card for Rioja. I was responsible for the economy of Rioja. I learned that La Rioja is known for its production of wine. I also learned that the economy is heavily reliant on the production of wine. Next class we will make an itnerary and powerpoint on Rioja that we will present to the class.

After our powerpoint Javier presented on Cataluna and we watched a video.After the presentation from Javier the other groups presented there projects on the different autonomous communities.
